We generate backups for our VPS packages for an additional Ksh 400 monthly fee.

1. For how long VPS backups are stored?

We have backups for every day, except Sunday. Backups are stored up to a week.

2. Do you provide full or incremental backup?

We backup a full VM image as one file. Each new backup overwrites the old one. It’s not incremental.

3. Can I restore the backup copy manually?

We are managing backups and restoration process. Backup restoration service is paid (Ksh 5,499 fee per single backup restoration request).

4. How can I perform VPS backup myself?

The best way to create your own backup solution is to order Storage VPS and create a CRON task to backup your data periodically.

We have this night’s and last Friday’s backups.

2. Is there any difference between daily and weekly backup (except the time when they are performed)?

No.

3. Do you provide full or incremental backup?

We backup the full file structure of CT (except files larger than 20GB). Each new backup overwrites the old one. It’s not incremental.

We are managing backups and restoration process. Backup restoration service is paid (Ksh 5,499 fee per single backup restoration request).
